The “Yoncalla” is a plan flexibility. It is spacious but has a very cozy feel to it. Open concept plan with an abundance of windows and 9′ ceilings on all floors allowed this home to feel very light and bright. The main level offered a space that could be a den or separate sitting area or additional space for the gathering room. Bedroom level had a common area loft that all bedrooms opened too for additional gathering space. The Master was the largest in the series with extra sitting area and large master closet. iSpace and drop zone off garage and bedrooms up. Covered front and rear covered patios. It was built with 2128 sqft, has 3 bedrooms, loft and 2.1 baths.
