Plan Review
Plan review includes two hours of plan review and 2 hours of phone consultation. Think of this as getting to know each other before we are engaged. – $1,500 to $3,000
Plan Modification
Plan modification includes two hours of plan review and 2 hours of phone consultation. This takes us through the process of modifying one of our existing plans to meet your needs and allows us to see it through your eyes. – $2500 to $3500
Building Design
Complete process of Good Building design review & optimization. This is the most in depth process that looks at over 200 performance points to ensure you design the building you want. – $3,000 to $9,000
Technical Consultation
CRITICAL DETAIL REVIEW TO PAIR WITH YOUR PLAN SET
This option is for new construction. This process typically includes many hours of technical consultation. The deliverable is Performance Specifications that pair with your plan set. This document is critical for clarifying design scope and for accurate pricing during the estimating phase. – typically ranges from $7,000 – $12,000
Projects Gone Wrong
The contractor you hired is not performing as you expected and you had to fire them. Now you have a project that has a litany of issues and other contractors don’t want to touch it due to liability concerns. Not to worry. We will assist you in a forensic analysis of the current state of your project and help you develop a step by step plan to get it back on track to get it completed – typically ranges from $2,500 – $20,000
