The “Manzanita” was the only plan in this series that had a garage facing this street. This is a master on the main plan that can live like a single level home with auxiliary bedrooms and study or hobby room upstairs. Open concept plan with an abundance of windows and 9′ ceilings on all floors allowed this home to feel very light and bright. Bedroom level had a common area loft for optional iSpace that the 2 upstairs bedrooms opened too for additional gathering space. A drop zone off garage was added in a later version of this plan. Covered front and rear covered patios. It was built with 1972 sqft, has 3 bedrooms, loft and 2.1 baths.
