The Duino, is a cleaver spin on the duplex concept. It looks like a single-family home from the street however, it provides two very cool independent living spaces. The lower level is 2BR/2BTH living with all of the elements found in our other plans: high vaulted ceilings, south facing tall wall for an abundance of year around light, all providing an open and spacious feel with zero energy ready performance. Both front and rear outdoor covered spaces provide East and West enjoyment. The upper level is 1BR/1BTH living with high vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows and deck.
