Meriwether Collection

This collection was designed for a community in Oregon City, named Meriwether. Of this collection of 6 plans, 5 were designed for alley load garages with entry facing the front and one master-on-the main with a garage and entry forward. All were narrow lots, double car garages and square footages ranged from 1816 – 2513 sqft, 3-4 bedrooms, some with lofts, bonuses, studies and most had 2.1 baths. The styles were more Transitional in nature with a modern interior feel.
