Introducing the Greenwich which presented 4 floor plans: the Greeley, the Albina, the Wilbur and the Omaha. This vibrant building hosts 9 condominiums, with 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans that were designed and built to be a step up fro m a glorified apartment turned condo.  It sits on a 50 x 100 lot in North Portland.  No off-street parking was allowed by the city. The building was designed that all units would have the main living space and balconies facing south.  Which allowed even the interior units to be flooded with light.  The solar on the roof provided approximately 30% electrical offset to all units.  The building received NGBS certification as well as the first in Oregon Wellness certification. These homes offered features and amenities that are normally experienced in homes of much higher pricing
