The “Molalla” is the smallest plan in the series and the only plan not built in Meriwether.  It has a very cozy feel to it. Open concept plan with an abundance of windows and 9′ ceilings on all floors allowed this home to feel very light and bright.  iSpace and drop zone off garage and bedrooms up.  The garage had a small space for a shop or could have been converted to living space with access from the inside.
