ADU

The Clinton ADU’s (Accessory Dwelling Unit) was designed on a common property line to accommodate two property owners wishes for a new garage and ADU.  Each property owner had an early 1900’s home that was rented out and the new garages and ADU’s provided for additional rental income and removed dilapidated unusable garages. Each unit is 348 sqft.

This plan can be built as designed or separated to be one unit over garage.  The high vault in the main floor allows for the opportunity when built as a single unit to have clearstory windows just below roof at top of vault as an added element.
