Duplexes

As municipalities push to loosen zoning regulations to accommodate more housing options for greater density, the duplex, triplex, fourplex, etc. are gaining popularity and in creativity.  These can be designed for no off-street parking to maximize the available building footprint or with onsite parking.  Both of the examples we are showing have off street parking designed into them.  The Benton is more of a traditional format orientation and the Duino was designed to intentionally not look like a duplex.  These two are only a couple examples of the myriads of options and concepts available for multi-unit buildings.  We have extensive experience in multi-unit buildings from the small duplexes shown here up to multi-unit townhome and condominium buildings that can assist you in your next project.
